Today Kosmos Journal published their first issue of 2025 with an article of mine included. My piece begins with the following paragraph:
“As we look across a planet overwhelmed with suffering—like an overcrowded boat shedding passengers into unforgiving waves—we realize that we should never have entrusted the care of our Mother to others. Why weren’t we paying attention to her decline? How could we have forgotten that it was through her care that we first began searching for our own destiny?”
Before giving the link to the full article, I’d like to just share what a pleasure it is to–not only see this piece appearing in the wonderful journal, Kosmos, but–have it illustrated with the amazing artwork of Jerry Sage.

And here is a link to the entire publication, which this month has the overall theme, “Beyond Conditioned Thinking”:
Thank you, Michael, this is encouraging. I love the part about ‘helplesness is the real delusion’. Take care. Maria Helena
